If you've registered, but your ticket isn't appearing in your profile yet - do not worry!
Tickets can take up to a few hours to appear in your Virgin Sport profile. Some things you can do to check you've registered:
1. Check your inbox (or spam/junk folder) for a confirmation email.
2. Try logging out of your Virgin Sport account, then back in. This will refresh your profile and your ticket should be appearing.
3. Wait 24 hours. If you've waited 24 hours and the ticket still isn't appearing and you still haven't received a confirmation email, please get in touch.
