General Entry ticket holders
In efforts to improve our sustainability and reduce waste, we've given runners the option to collect a race number ahead of the half marathon from our Festival Village in Hackney Marshes.
We do understand this isn't always possible, so we can still post a race pack if need be, but the runner will need to purchase this when registering.
Charity, Team Challenge and other ticket holders who purchased postage
Race pack delivery is included in your ticket price, you can expect to receive your race pack in the post up until Friday 17th May. The race pack will be posted to whichever address is inputted upon registration. As we've began printing race packs to post, we have now closed the option to amend your address.
If your pack is sent to an old address, you'll need to collect a race number directly from Race Number Collection Desk, located in the Festival Village on Hackney Marshes. The dates and times of collection will be:
- Friday 17 May from 12:00 - 20:00
- Saturday 18 May from 10:00 - 20:00.
