You must request a refund through your profile in the Race Roster registration system, where you originally purchased your entry. If you request a refund, you will be refunded 100% of your entry fee, less the booking fee, within two weeks. If you paid for race pack mailing or iTab in addition to your entry fee then you will be refunded those fees. FanShield registration protection purchases cannot be refunded.
Please note that if you obtained your entry through a third party, please get in contact with the organization directly to understand their policy and next steps.
Steps to request a refund:
1. Log in to your Race Roster dashboard using the email address and password you used during registration. If you forgot your password refer to the password reset guide.
2. Click the ‘Edit Registration’ button next to the relevant event
3. In the registration questions section, select ‘Yes, I would like to be refunded...’
4. Click the green 'Save' button
